Surprisingly, many of the benefits of strength training don’t seem to have a lot to do with weights. Here are some real benefits you may never have considered:
• It helps you lose fat: you to burn more calories when you aren’t working out
• Your risk of injury is decreased: your bones and connective tissue are also strengthened which helps you avoid injuries
